Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
• Unload deliveries from trailers using hand trucks or forklifts
• Segregate inbound material into direct and indirect categories
• Support Production Control with material moves, quality inspection, and putaway actions
• Assist with preparing outbound parcel and freight shipments
• Clear out dunnage and remove empty boxes and crates from the inbound dock

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse and production functions, preferably in automotive or aerospace
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
• Physical ability to walk, stand, crouch, kneel, and reach in large or tight spaces
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to analyze complex problems and identify root causes

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
