About the role
Responsibilities
- Receives and reviews shipping orders and pack lists for accuracy
- Conducts data entry of shipping information into software to generate labels
- Packs products securely and efficiently using appropriate materials
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials including boxes and labels
- Collaborates cross-functionally with quality control and pack out departments
- Communicates with Athlete Partnerships to ensure timely order completion
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving (FedEx, USPS, UPS, or equivalent)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to lift 10-15 lbs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with FedEx or equivalent shipping tools
