Shipping Processor Lead

Responsibilities

• Process incoming electronic customer orders and assign pickers
• Verify order completion before customer shipment
• Train and coach shipping processors
• Track mis-ships and mistakes for problem resolution
• Process orders from the online store into the WMS system
• Review orders for demographic, payment, and inventory accuracy
• Answer customer service phone calls and email requests
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a lead role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus
• Customer service experience preferred

• NetSuite experience
