Shipping Picking Lead

Responsibilities

• Pick, label, and stage orders in shipping lanes
• Manage all daily outbound shipments with accuracy
• Scan and verify order details
• Record and manage impaired or damaged merchandise
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Operate picking equipment including Sit Down Forklift, Stand Up Forklift, Cherry Picker, and Deep reach truck
• Train, lead, and coach equipment operators
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Report equipment and safety concerns

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and deep reach trucks
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification
