Shipping Operator

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders and invoices
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations
• Assemble and kit components for production, stock, and shipping
• Ensure proper handling and storage of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in cycle counts and annual inventory
• Operate forklifts, packaging equipment, and pallet jacks
• Coordinate with internal departments to expedite assemblies through manufacturing to shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and follow all shipping specifications and standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Shipping and Receiving
• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and regulations
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills in MS Office and ERP systems (MS Great Plains, MES, or MS Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
