Shipping Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage personnel within the warehouse, picking, and shipping departments
• Oversee technical operations for goods receipt, inspection, and storage
• Manage outbound processes including picking, packaging, and dispatch
• Coordinate shipment requests, tracking, and billing with parcel and freight service providers
• Plan and execute project-related picking and shipping campaigns in coordination with project teams
• Manage and lead temporary staff during peak periods
• Provide regular reporting to the management team

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics or warehouse management
• Basic proficiency in English
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Assertiveness and a cooperative way of working
• Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to challenges
• Willingness to undergo intensive professional training in relevant topics
