Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the logistics network for international imports, including inbound, fulfillment, and outbound
- Oversee supplier partnerships and manage performance
- Handle fulfillment errors and exceptions, identifying preventative measures
- Manage inventory and audit the master list of products online
- Manage international contracts with factories and lead audits to ensure GRS standards are met
- Identify process gaps and drive implementation for scalable solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading logistics functions and warehouses in the Asia-Pacific region
- 5+ years in Supply Chain and Logistics, preferably in fashion, apparel, or accessories
- Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and supply chain visibility portals
- Experience in fulfillment operations audit controls and reporting
- Project management experience including resource planning
- Understanding of Quality Assurance processes in distribution centers
- Familiarity with trade compliance processes
