Shipping Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of 6-10 employees to ensure high morale and efficient performance
• Coordinate daily shipping activities and communicate with carriers
• Manage data entry using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Enforce all safety, GMP, and SQF policies while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment

Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or shipping environment
• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Intermediate computer skills including Email, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
• Certification in material handling equipment or willingness to become certified
• Ability to work in a cold manufacturing environment (10º - 40ºF)
• Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hour shifts and lift 25-50 lbs
