Shipping Expeditor

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to specific requirements
• Schedule small package shipments using UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager
• Prepare and schedule palletized shipments and load/unload LTL/FTL trucks
• Manage shipping documentation including packing lists, bills-of-lading, USMCA certificates, and proforma invoices
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of Logistics or Supply Chain experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, and pallet wrappers
• Ability to lift up to 30 pound packages throughout the day
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, scanning equipment, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong math, reading comprehension, and communication skills
