Shipping Electrical Mechanical Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain warehouse processes and equipment, including ASRS, pack cells, consolidators, labelers, and banders
• Assist with the installation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and testing of warehouse equipment
• Perform critical preventative and repair maintenance, lubrication, and inspections
• Utilize active trend analysis to identify problems quickly and drive toward solutions
• Work hands-on with mechanics and electricians to resolve issues impacting equipment performance
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in accordance with plant safety and environmental procedures

Requirements

• Two-year related technical degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant technical experience
• Sound understanding of common repair tools and mechanical equipment
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift
• Electrical certification (or the ability to obtain certification)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year related technical degree with at least 2 years of relevant electrical experience
• Experience with PLCs, robots, and conveyors
• Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques
• Familiarity with PowerBI and IWS
• Experience with electronic instrumentation, controls, or electrical systems
