Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full export and domestic shipping processes, including freight organization.
• Maintain communication with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, manage, and archive all shipping documentation, including export and customs papers.
• Monitor the arrival of raw materials and the dispatch of finished products to ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle customs and excise administration tasks and prepare necessary regulatory data reports.
• Verify freight invoices, perform documentation in the ERP system, and manage administrative tasks.
• Manage and investigate shipping complaints or issues and initiate corrective actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics or 1-3 years of practical experience in a logistics role.
• Conversational English skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Precise, accurate, and able to work independently.
• Compliance-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts (6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in an additional foreign language.
