Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the transport planning process to ensure on-time delivery of goods
• Work closely with transport planners to ensure carrier availability
• Coordinate with warehouses and the Customer Service Control Tower
• Resolve issues communicated by transport planners during the planning process
• Provide new or updated master data to transport planners
• Review and propose improvements to transport planning scope, such as lane exclusions
• Manage transport complaints and resolve carrier invoicing deviations with Purchasing and Finance
• Prepare transport KPIs and reports

Requirements

• Experience in transportation, warehousing, and shipping
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS)
• Knowledge of inventory control and trucking operations
• Understanding of cost to serve, quality, and safety standards
• Commitment to continuous improvement and sustainability
