Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics of outbound shipments for the Consumer Brands business unit
• Plan and schedule outbound shipments of finished goods to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate effectively with freight carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to align shipping schedules
• Manage finished goods inventory and ensure compliance with company and legal regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external shipping inquiries
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and utilize Daily Management Systems (DMS)

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification
• Availability to work the first shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM)
• Willingness to flex schedule to meet business needs, including extended shifts, weekends, or holidays if necessary
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
