Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labeling of prescriptions for daily courier pickup
• Maintain records of shipping supplies and promotional materials and re-order as needed
• Provide tracking updates to users and manage returned packages or transit delays
• Maintain communication with the customer service team and escalate issues
• Perform other administrative, clerical, and ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• High attention to detail regarding packaging, labeling, and inventory management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Commitment to Health & Safety procedures
• Fluency in English
• Availability for 20 hours per week, specifically Monday through Wednesday evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
