Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities related to the loading of goods and the generation of shipment documentation.
• Manage the efficient flow of finished products from the plant to the LATAM distribution center.
• Utilize the LATAM deployment process to ensure correct shipment procedures.
• Track shipments and ensure successful delivery to destination centers.
• Monitor inventory flow to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of supply chain operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data management.
• Experience with shipment tracking and delivery assurance.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
