Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate finished goods and raw material shipping operations, including loading and logging incoming equipment.
• Prepare consolidated packing lists, assign reference numbers, and verify materials.
• Create pick lists for received products and support documentation for northbound and southbound loads.
• Manage logistics for trucks and trailers to ensure cost-effective quantities and optimal weight per load.
• Handle incoming RMAs and communicate effectively with the shipping and receiving department in Reynosa, MX.
• Coordinate warehouse employee assignments to ensure performance objectives are met.
• Process special shipments via air and ground and maintain files according to corporate guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Legal work authorization in the United States (sponsorship is not provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office Suite and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Manhattan WMS.
