Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packaging, and shipping preparation for goods
• Create delivery notes and shipping documents using the ERP system (Microsoft AX)
• Coordinate and notify freight forwarding companies regarding shipments
• Manage goods receipt, storage, and inventory control
• Handle loading and documentation of outgoing goods
• Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules with customers and service providers
• Assemble and kit set items and accessories
• Participate in inventory counts and general warehouse processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial or logistics training (e.g., Freight Forwarding Specialist or Warehouse Logistics Specialist)
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics
• Proficiency in WMS applications, MS Office, and ERP systems (ideally MS Dynamics AX)
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• High level of quality awareness and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle operational pressure
• Driving license Class B is preferred
• Forklift license or experience with industrial trucks is an advantage
