Shipping Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Verify shipping details including addresses, weights, and quantities
• Accurately print and attach shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before shipment
• Use shipping software and systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) to process outbound shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies
• Good organizational and time management skills

• Previous experience in a shipping, warehouse, or logistics role
