Shipping Associate

Responsibilities

• Securely package and wrap products to prevent damage during transit
• Verify paperwork accuracy using ERP to ensure correct quantity and parts
• Generate bills of lading and maintain organized shipping documentation
• Monitor conveyor lines, remove finished units, and load products into trailers
• Inspect products for quality and packaging compliance
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials
• Process inbound shipments and verify counts against paperwork
• Deliver in-process materials to production areas
• Perform inventory stock spot checks and participate in end-of-month inventory
• Perform local deliveries and pickups using company vehicles

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs
• Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely
• Ability to perform demanding physical tasks for up to 12 hours a day
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, and twist for prolonged periods

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience
• Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics
