Shipping and Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately pull material to fill customer orders and package shipments for domestic and international delivery.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, and hand trucks to move products and raw materials.
• Receive incoming materials, perform put-away, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Prepare shipping documentation in compliance with DOT and Hazmat regulations.
• Load and unload outbound trucks and inbound raw materials/packaging.
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean warehouse environment.
• Transport raw materials to and from production areas to support operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Competence with computers and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to stand for sustained periods and work at heights (up to 24 feet on a forklift).
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a shipping or manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in the chemical industry.
• Prior forklift and Hazmat certification training.
