Shipping and Replenishment Trainer

Responsibilities

• Train new hires on departmental processes, including equipment usage, sanitation, safety, and general warehouse practices
• Conduct machine certifications for partners being cross-trained or promoted
• Ensure proper recertification procedures for partners following safety or accuracy infractions
• Provide coaching and functional guidance to warehouse associates in the work area
• Assist Departmental Supervisors and Industrial Engineers with Labor Management observation processes
• Perform operationally productive warehouse functions as needed to support the team
• Escalate operational issues to the appropriate leadership team

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic math proficiency
• Ability to move and lift merchandise up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise
• Ability to pass a drug test (this is a safety-sensitive position)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience
• Working knowledge of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Familiarity with warehouse processes and management systems
