Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Handle pricing, identify items by catalog number and description, verify quantities, and extend items on customer orders
• Drive incremental sales by answering product and service questions and suggesting additional products
• Conduct customer sales and service both in-person at the counter and via telephone
• Advise customers on product application, features, benefits, and proper maintenance
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining causes, and explaining solutions

Requirements

• Experience reading schematics and determining parts needed for specific tool repairs
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a retail or service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• High degree of integrity, accountability, and dependability
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide superior customer service

• Bilingual proficiency
