Shipping and Receiving Clerk II

Responsibilities

• Perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties in a warehouse environment
• Use computer systems to track, log, verify, and report inventory and shipment activity
• Receive incoming materials and prepare items for shipment, including packing and unpacking products, parts, and supplies
• Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications
• Process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documentation such as bills of lading
• Follow established shipping practices, procedures, and transportation routing requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Full job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures
• Ability to perform data entry and use computer-based tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling raw materials for medical device manufacturing
• Proficiency with data entry into SAP
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and move pallets
• Vocational or technical education or certification
• Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed
