Shipping and Receiving Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming orders for the production team
• Prepare FedEx and UPS shipments for daily pickups
• Ship and confirm orders for consolidated pallets and made-to-order dropships
• Input quantities into ERP to ensure inventory accuracy
• Measure order quantities and inspect outgoing orders for quality control
• Coordinate with internal logistics and manage customs/brokers for overseas shipments
• Pick, pack, and secure products for small package or freight shipment
• Generate packing lists and prepare fabric/wallpaper grounds for printers
• Track inventory, submit replenishment numbers, and monitor shipping targets
• Perform physical tasks including shrink wrapping, labeling, and re-palletizing

Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 60lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, squatting, standing)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, counting, and stocking materials
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) capability
