Shipping and Receiving Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer shipments are filled accurately and on time in the correct quantities
• Read and follow Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMIs), Job-Safety Analysis (JSAs), and daily schedules
• Operate shipping and receiving computer systems, fork trucks, and associated warehouse equipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy through basic mathematical calculations and organized workspace management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, sales, and quality teams
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping standards within the work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Mathematical proficiency (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure)
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to operate a fork truck and stock picker
• Ability to wear a face respirator
• Ability to complete forklift certification within 60 days of employment
• Physical ability to perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience handling dangerous goods
