About the role
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to load multi-stop trucks and customer will calls
- Ensure product is damage free and piece counts match orders
- Visually inspect trailers before loading and report any issues
- Check fluids on loading trucks
- Assist in unloading and loading trucks as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements
- Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely operate a forklift
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repetitively
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for at least 7.5 hours per shift
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperature changes
