Shipping Account Planner

Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize outbound traffic, ensuring customer shipment start, cancel, and DC dates are met
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and specific carriers to route freight effectively
• Prepare accurate outbound paperwork, including Bills of Lading and commercial invoices for international shipping
• Coordinate with customer logistics departments and carriers to confirm adequate equipment is on site
• Use PKMS Warehouse Management System to build loads, track shipment information, and research issues
• Communicate shipment issues and status updates to PVH customer service, strategic services, and transportation teams
• Maintain orderly files and shipping records for all outbound shipments

Requirements

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or shipping routing
• Exceptional computer skills, specifically with MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
