Shipper/Loader

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Shipping Lead on shipment schedule for loading and order picking
• Determine the best means for loading product, including overhead crane, forklift, 4D lift, or pallet jack
• Confirm that shipping documentation numbers match the product being loaded
• Load trailers safely, monitoring stacking height and load stability to prevent shifting
• Ensure products are stacked properly to avoid falling and causing harm
• Check aisles for debris and maintain 5S standards at the end of each shift

Requirements

• Willingness to learn new things and cross-train in new areas
• Responsive to changes in priorities and immediate demands
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly over the course of a shift
• Ability to remain standing for long periods
