Shipper/Receiver

Responsibilities

• Accurately log tools and equipment into computer systems using specialized software
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are properly documented
• Maintain an efficient repair queue and prioritize key customers for same-day shipment
• Perform inventory cycle counts and complete instant repairs or replacements
• Maintain an extremely organized and safe work environment within the warehouse
• Utilize technology to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving roles
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of detail orientation and data entry accuracy
