Shipper IV

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, priority, and international shipments to achieve 98%+ order fulfillment accuracy.
• Lead the preparation and verification of shipments involving temperature-sensitive goods or regulated hazardous materials.
• Ensure all shipping documentation, packaging, and labeling comply with DOT, OSHA, IATA, and IMDG standards.
• Serve as a super user for SAP and RF scanning, managing inventory adjustments, bin transfers, and cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and yard tractors, and coordinate maintenance and inspections.
• Mentor and train entry-level shippers and cross-train peers on key shipping workflows and safety procedures.
• Coordinate yard and trailer logistics, including trailer movement and managing onsite inventory of dropped trailers.
• Prepare and audit domestic and international documentation such as BOLs, DGDs, and export declarations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in shipping or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and RF scanning systems.
• Expertise in hazardous material handling and regulatory documentation.
• Experience working in a Process Safety Management (PSM) facility.
• Valid forklift and yard truck certification.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
