Shipper

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, case picking, VNA, and receiving functions per SOPs
• Operate stretch wrapper, forklift, dock equipment, and battery changer safely
• Fulfill and verify orders using load tags and WMS/YMS systems
• Secure cases on quality pallets to maintain product integrity during transit
• Inspect equipment and report repair needs to leadership
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and participate in shift change briefs
• Follow all safety, GMP, and SQF food safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift operator experience or training preferred
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to become forklift certified
• Capable of heavy lifting over 70 lbs frequently and working in a refrigerated environment (32–38°F)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes and work effectively with team members
