Shipment/Processing Team Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth through personal selling
• Proactively engage with customers and respond to cues
• Provide bra fitting expertise through effective questioning
• Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room standards
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards
• Execute floorset activities and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Process customer transactions accurately at the cash wrap
• Assist with markdowns, re-ticking, and stock management
• Maintain a safe working environment and support loss prevention efforts

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Authentic desire to exceed customer expectations
• Sense of urgency and team focus
