Shipboard Medispa Physician

Responsibilities

• Administer cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests safely and effectively in accordance with company protocols.
• Conduct patient consultations, complete medical records, and provide detailed aftercare instructions.
• Partner with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant to support sales, marketing, and promotional efforts.
• Deliver effective presentations to large groups regarding medi-spa services and products.
• Manage medical product and supply inventory while maintaining strict cost control.
• Uphold high standards of sanitation, sterilization, and treatment room organization.
• Perform patient follow-ups and maintain professional communication regarding guest questions or concerns.
• Participate in required team meetings, training sessions, and assist in general spa operations as requested.

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized college or university.
• Current valid medical license.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and a willingness to actively promote services.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage digital reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Board certification or similar international certification in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology.
• Experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
