Shipboard Medispa Physician

Responsibilities

• Administer cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests safely and effectively in accordance with company protocols.
• Conduct patient consultations, review medical records, and obtain necessary consent forms prior to all services.
• Provide accurate aftercare instructions and conduct patient follow-up as required.
• Partner with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant to support sales, marketing, and promotional efforts.
• Manage medical product and supply inventory and ensure proper cost control.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, sterilization, and treatment room organization.
• Cross-promote other spa services and products to enhance the guest experience.
• Complete daily revenue reports, inventory reports, and required medical documentation.

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized college or university.
• Current valid medical license.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to give effective presentations to large groups.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Board certification or similar international certification in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology.
