Shift/Bridge Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a central focal point for all subsea intervention projects (onshore and offshore) conducted from the vessel during shift periods
• Serve as a role model for teams and promote DOF Subsea values and brand
• Maintain close operational communication with the Offshore & Diving Manager, ROV Supervisor, Marine Crew, Client Representatives, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Diving, ROV, or Rigging Supervisor qualification
• Relevant Engineering, Technical, or Trade background
• 5-10 years of relevant subsea operational experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of offshore construction and maintenance (Air Diving, Saturation Diving, ROV operations)
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in IT and computer literacy
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
