Shift Technician

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest complaints and service requests without delay
• Implement room care maintenance programs including HVAC and plumbing repairs
• Perform electrical tasks such as replacing bulbs in corridors and stairways
• Carry out carpentry, painting, carpet, and wallpaper repairs
• Maintain stock of fast spares in the workshop
• Observe and enforce Health, Safety & Hygiene regulations
• Participate in daily briefings and monthly engineering meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role
• Experience in a hospitality environment preferred
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various tools and machinery
• Knowledge of hotel safety standards and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
