Shift Supervisor/Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production operations, including milling, extrusion, and lamination processes.
• Control the incorporation of additives and monitor drying, packaging, and feeding phases.
• Manage and coordinate a team of 3 plant personnel during the shift.
• Collect and deliver production samples to the laboratory and perform basic analysis when required.
• Adjust process parameters based on analysis results to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare daily production reports documenting activities and any incidents.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment within the work area.

Requirements

• FP II, ESO (Educación Secundaria Obligatoria), or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar industrial supervision or coordination role.
• Proficiency with automated machines and continuous production processes.
• Valid forklift license.
• Knowledge of and commitment to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and HACCP standards.
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and resolve technical incidents quickly.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
