Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall shift operations to ensure compliance with EHS and GMP regulations
• Assist in incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures
• Drive the achievement of production targets and improve production indices
• Manage raw materials, WIP goods, and spare parts to reduce waste
• Implement employee performance management and cross-training plans
• Identify and execute continuous improvement (Kaizen) and 6S initiatives on the shop floor
• Utilize structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, 8D, and Fishbone diagrams to analyze nonconformities

Requirements

• College degree or above
• At least 5 years of supervisory and leadership experience in front-line management
• Proficiency in English reading and writing for documentation, SOPs, and validation
• Proficiency in using 5 Whys, 8D, and Fishbone diagrams
• Familiarity with office software

Preferred Qualifications

• Adequate knowledge of the medical industry
