Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Keep the store running smoothly by motivating and encouraging the team throughout the shift
• Coach team members and delegate daily tasks effectively
• Role model and inspire the delivery of high-quality service
• Create meaningful connections with both customers and baristas

Requirements

• Leadership experience in hospitality or a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment preferred
• A genuine passion for creating memorable and unique moments of connection with customers
• High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others
