Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Teach and lead safety processes and best manufacturing practices for the assigned shift
• Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer demands, manage overtime, and reduce costs
• Direct continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as SPS, 6 Sigma, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing
• Build and maintain productive relationships to foster employee engagement and satisfaction
• Provide direction, training, and development for hourly employees, including counseling or discipline as needed
• Identify and implement capital projects to improve operational performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Ability to work onsite in Holyoke, MA

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering
