Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise factory operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and environmental performance targets
• Manage a team of approximately 30 employees, ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce downtime, and support autonomous maintenance
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, and environmental standards
• Use SAP and other systems for accurate reporting and inventory management

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (dairy or FMCG preferred)
• Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and influence team members
• A safety and quality-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy and familiarity with SAP
• Ability to work a 4x4 shift pattern
