Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide effective supervision and leadership to team members to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Manage shifts to optimize sales, efficiency, and profitability while monitoring team performance
• Support the training, coaching, and development of team members
• Foster a customer-centric culture and handle customer complaints professionally
• Monitor and control labor, food, and operational costs during shifts
• Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with banking procedures
• Oversee adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene requirements

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the fast-food industry
• Valid South African ID
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
