Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide effective supervision and leadership to team members ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Manage shifts to optimize sales, efficiency, and profitability
• Allocate shift responsibilities and monitor team performance
• Support the RGM and ARM in training, coaching, and developing team members
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Monitor and control labour, food, and operational costs during shifts
• Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with banking procedures
• Oversee routine maintenance and ensure adherence to health, safety, and security procedures

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the fast-food industry
• Valid South African ID
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
• Ability to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
