About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and meet financial goals
- Perform duties of a Customer Service Representative including transaction processing and cash handling
- Assist the Assistant Store Manager with team development, motivation, and store operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain a clean store environment
- Support store marketing efforts and assist with schedules and audits
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
- Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
