About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and meet financial goals
  • Support the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies and motivating team members
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Supervise team activities including transaction processing and cash handling
  • Coach Customer Service Representatives on transactions and compliance
  • Resolve customer complaints and support community marketing efforts
  • Assist with managing schedules, cash, and store audits

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries
  • Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
