About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and meet financial goals
- Support the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies and motivating team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Perform Customer Service Representative duties including transaction processing and cash handling
- Coach CSRs on transaction accuracy and compliance
- Resolve customer complaints and support community marketing efforts
- Assist with managing schedules, cash, and store audits
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries
- Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
