About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and meet financial goals
  • Perform Customer Service Representative duties including transaction processing and cash handling
  • Assist the Assistant Store Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and store audits
  • Coach CSRs on transaction compliance and superior customer service
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain a clean store environment
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
  • Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
