Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct store operations during shifts, maintaining high quality standards in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate the team and assign tasks, managing resources to maximize productivity.
• Manage staffing levels for each shift and communicate team performance to the Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager with administrative processes, including inventory management, waste control, billing, HR, and maintenance.
• Ensure the correct implementation of hygiene, safety, and organization standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in the professional development of team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in similar leadership roles managing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google tools.
• Strong problem-solving capacity and an action-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and positive relationships.
• Ability to work with autonomy and high levels of responsibility.
