Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate, and control administrative tasks in the warehouse control center
• Ensure goods receipt processes, demand-oriented warehousing, inventory maintenance, and timely order picking
• Supervise and maintain the MLG warehouse management system
• Record picking-relevant discrepancies in the IT system
• Comply with QM requirements, hygiene regulations, and safety instructions
• Lead, plan, and manage employees
• Handle general administrative tasks and communicate with other departments
• Support the operations manager with operational tasks and projects

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or equivalent long-term experience in operational warehousing
• Knowledge of warehouse management or ERP systems and MS Office
• Experience handling ultra-fresh products and working according to infection protection laws
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Flexibility and team-oriented mindset
• Pragmatic and analytical thinking skills
• Diligence, reliability, and sense of responsibility
