Shift Supervisor Inspection Control

Responsibilities

• Lead employees across various pharmaceutical production areas and the inspection center
• Organize daily routine processes and assign shift staff using rolling 3-day planning tools
• Coordinate long-term production plans with SCP
• Perform final checks of batch records and verify employee work results
• Conduct training and onboarding sessions
• Manage employee attendance, sick leave, and performance reviews
• Perform regular 6S, EHS, and GMP inspections

Requirements

• Completed training as a pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, or production specialist in chemistry
• Several years of professional experience in the manufacture of sterile medicines
• Initial leadership experience or experience in instructing employees
• General knowledge of GMP and GDP
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
